QUETTA: An elite police force has been established that will aim to curtail the increasing number of target killings and terrorism occurr
ing in Balochistan’s capital, media
sources reported on Monday.
The force of 400 will guard sensitive places and roads in the city. The Pakistan Army has also trained this force.
The force mostly includes the elite squad, DIG Quetta Abdur Razzaq Cheema stated.
The police force has been posted in the police stations of Gawalmandi, Civil Lines, Saddar, Kharotabad, New Saryab and others.

s at various locations in the city and will carry out snap-checking, the DIG further said.
