KARACHI: A woman was shot and injured by robbers on offering re
sistance in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the metropolis in the wee hours on Tuesday.

ccording to rescue sources, two armed robbers opened f
ire at a 22-year-old woman, Ayesha, daughter of Masood, when she tried to resist their attempts to loot her in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block-8. As a result, she sustained severe injuries.
She was rushed to
Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for treatment.
