ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has issued a notification for reduction in electricity price by Rs 2.60 per unit.
The new tariff would be legalised to all the co
nsumer categories except lifeline co
nsumers, domestic co
nsumers consuming upto 300 units and agriculture co
nsumers.
NEPRA further clarified that
negative adjus
tment on account of monthly funeral co
nsumers alliance (FCA) is also applicable to the domestic co
nsumers having time of use (ToU) metres irrespective of their consumption level.
